THE MIRACLE AT THE BEAUTIFUL GATE
Acts 3: 1-10 (NKJV)
A Lame Man Healed
3 “\Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. 2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to [a]ask alms from those who entered the temple; 3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. 4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” 5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. 6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God. 10 Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.”
The MIRACLE at The Beautiful Gate of the Temple… Beautiful is its’ Name. It was a Physical Miracle. It was an Emotional Miracle. It was a Spiritual Miracle. All three areas of BROKENNESS: Healed, Whole, Delivered, Sanctified, Redeemed, and Restored!
What was it that allowed this man to receive his MIRACLE of HEALING? He had to Expect it. He had to Believe it. He had to Receive it. He had to Anticipate it, and Act on it. He had to STAND! He had to STAND on his Faith or he would not STAND at all!

It was at the Hour of Prayer. It is always at the Hour of Prayer, at the time when we are Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually spent, and desperate for God, in the 9th Hour, when we go to meet with God, needing a MIRACLE of HEALING!
We are going to God with our Brokenness, in our Brokenness. We are going to the House of God, needing His Healing. Needing His Heart. Yet, we aren’t always allowed to enter in through the Gate! The Gate of Religion. The Gate of Pharasareism. The Gate of Humanism. The Gate of Traditionalism. The Gate of Racism. The Gate of Legalism. The Gate of Conformity. The Gate of Hypocrisy. The Gate of Man.
We go to the House of God, wanting to meet God there, to worship, to pray, to hear the Word of God, Spoken. We come seeking God, to hear from The Healing Heart of Heaven, but we are the outcasts, because we are different. Because we look different. Because we aren’t Beautiful. Because we are Broken. Because we Worship differently. Because we Believe differently. Because we have never Believed.
Abandoned at the Gate. We are left out. We are the lost ones. We don’t belong. We don’t fit in. We are forced to remain outside the walls of Community, unable to enter in, and unable to serve God within the system. We are the outsiders. We are The Broken Ones.

The Broken Ones. The lame, the abandoned, the rejected. The abused, the misunderstood, the neglected. The Ashamed. The ones outside of the System. All needing Healing, and yet not always finding a welcoming entrance, through that Gate. Not always finding the Healing we have hoped for, within the Temple Gate, within the Church Doors, within the Religious Systems of the Day, within the Broken Body of Christ.
And yet, we need God! And yet, we meet God! GOD in His Faithfulness, Mercy, and Love, meets us where we are, as we come to Him, at THE BEAUTIFUL GATE of His Temple. At The Beautiful Gate of His Heart, ALL may enter in!
He waits for us where we are, to come to Him as we are. He Sees us where we are! He Heals us where we are! Outside of the rules and regulations of the Law. Outside of the rules and regulations of the Church. Outside the Gate. We are the ones He came to Save!
Jesus Sees us! Jesus Frees us! Jesus Heals us!
I was that Broken One, being carried to the Gate, waiting. I was that Broken One, praying, anticipating, in the 9th hour. I was that Broken One, desperate for Healing, and in my heart, BELIEVING the Beautiful! Believing The Word of God! Believing for a Miracle of Healing, in the middle of my Brokenness.
I am the one whose prayers were answered by a MIRACLE of HEALING, at The Beautiful Gate of The Heart of Heaven! Now, I am THE BEAUTIFUL ONE, Healed, Whole, Delivered, Sanctified, Redeemed, and Restored, dancing, and leaping, and praising GOD! Kingdom Promises. Kingdom Provision. Kingdom Reward. HEALING BROKENNESS and BEAUTY RESTORED!
Each time, I had to seek The Healing Heart of Heaven to learn the Spiritual issues of my own Brokenness. Each time, I had to learn to fight my Spiritual Battle with a greater understanding of my Spiritual Authority in Christ. Each time, I had to learn to submit to God within my own Brokenness, in order for Him to reveal His Beauty. Each time I had to REPENT. Each time I had to wait. Healing begins by walking in obedience.
A Word in the Word. Promised, prophesied, and purposed for me! Now, it is my MIRACLE testimony of HEALING, as a Beautiful Sign, to a Broken Body of Christ, to testify of The Healing Heart of Heaven to those who have not yet Believed! It is to GLORIFY GOD, to this Broken Generation of Believers!
God is reaching beyond Broken Borders and into the Hearts of Men, and Healing them. God is Breathing LIFE into the Broken.
- I am the Broken One, MIRACULOUSLY Healed, Delivered, Rescued, and Restored from the Emotional Brokenness of an Abusive and Raging Believer! I am a Survivor! I am a Warrior! I am an Advocate against Abuse!
- I am The Broken One, MIRACULOUSLY Healed, Delivered, Rescued, and Restored from the Physical Brokenness of an Aggressive and Raging Breast Cancer! I am a Survivor! I am a Warrior! I am a Conqueror of Cancer!
- I am The Broken One, MIRACULOUSLY Healed, Delivered, Rescued, and Restored, from the Spiritual Brokenness of the Hereditary Disease of Huntington’s, a Traumatic Brain Injury from Multiple Concussions, with Post Traumatic Concussion Syndrome! I am a Survivor! I am a Warrior! I am a Defeater of Darkness!
- I am the Broken One, MIRACULOUSLY Healed, Delivered, Rescued, and Restored from the Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Brokenness of a Broken Femur Bone from an accident with a failed surgery! I am a Survivor! I am a Warrior! I am a receiver of God’s Incredible Mercy!
You are BEAUTIFUL to God. You are Beautiful in God. You are Beautiful through God. It is God, Breathing His Breath-of-LIFE, into the Brokenness of yours, and healing it. It is The Living Word of God, living in you. Christ in You, the hope of Glory! This is how it works. The Living Word of God, Alive in me, manifest in me, to me, and through me, by Believing the Word. The Word of God is Beautiful!
This is the Healing Heart of Heaven for every Beautiful Believer! The Beautiful Works of God were meant for all of us! The Beautiful Works of God were meant for you! The Beautiful Works of God were meant for me! This was My Miracle, the Miracle at The Gate Beautiful! Promised, Prophesied, and Purposed for me! Now, it is my Miracle Testimony of HEALING BROKENNESS and RECOVERING BEAUTY!
There is a way Beyond Brokenness. There is a way to Recover Beauty. There is A Path of LIFE to have LIFE.
Isaiah 35:1-6

The Future Glory of Zion
35 The wilderness and the [a]wasteland shall be glad for them,
And the desert[b] shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
2 It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
The excellence of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the Lord,
The excellency of our God.
3 Strengthen the [c]weak hands,
And make firm the [d]feeble knees.
4 Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
“Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will come with vengeance,
With the recompense of God;
He will come and save you.”
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then the lame shall leap like a deer,
And the tongue of the dumb sing.
For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness,
And streams in the desert.
God has made known to us the Path of LIFE in His Word. His PATH. His LIFE. His WORD. The Word of God is the HEART of God. When we Align our Heart with the Heart of Heaven, the HEART of HEAVEN happens here! HEALING happens here! MIRACLES, SIGNS & WONDERS happen here!
