My Forever Valentine

Finally,

As my day draws to a close

And the hustle has turned into calm

I retire to my bedroom

Eager to be with you

I poise myself on my bed

Lights dimmed

Ready to meet you

My mind forgets the events of the day

And rests on you and how much I love you

I lose myself in my love for you

And my heart pours out my adoration

You beckon me, come closer

And I let myself go, in total surrender

As I tell you of my love for you

You wrap yourself around me

And I drink from your Abundance

You fill me

And Peacefulness floods over me like a river

You are my Sustenance

And I am yours Forever
