Now is not the time to live in Sorrow
Nothing in my future can be worse than where I’ve been
Suffering is not the life I long for
This Body isn’t who I am, it’s just a shell I’m in
My Life is so much more than what you’re seeing
My Spirit is alive with Christ, and lives Eternally
This Broken vessel cannot last forever
And I am too alive to let this Body hinder me.
One of these days
I will hear my Father calling
One of these days
I’ll lift my hand for Him to hold
One of these days
I will choose to be with Jesus
One of these days I’ll be walking on streets of Gold
Please don’t be afraid at my departing
God, Himself will know the perfect time for me to go
My life has a Purpose and a Calling
And when I have accomplished it, is when He’ll Call me home
Jesus’ LOVE grows closer to me daily
Its warmth and peace surround me, bringing comfort to my soul
There will come a day, when my flesh cannot contain
The LOVE that He pours on me, and I’ll let this Body go
One of these days
I will hear my Father calling
One of these days
I’ll lift my hand for Him to hold
One of these days
I will choose to be with Jesus
One of these days
I’ll be walking on streets of Gold
Heaven is the Hope that I hold onto
For there is where I’ll find my Life’s Eternal destiny
And my Joy will be complete when I’m with Jesus
And next to Him, I will begin Eternity…
