BEYOND BITTERNESS  Episode 22

THE BEAUTIFUL:  Our Emotional, Physical & Spiritual CONDITION

        Welcome, My Beautiful One! I have been hearing you, holding you, and listening with the Heart of a Heavenly Father. I have been Seeing you, and Receiving you, taking you by the hand walking you from Brokenness to Beautiful. I have been bearing the Heart of the Broken, intimately, sharing My Heart with you as you go, addressing the Spiritual Issues of your own Brokenness. Walk with Me on this Journey of Healing, a Process of Healing, through the Sanctification of the your Heart.  

BLIND TO THE BONDAGE OF BITTERNESS

Proverbs 3:7-8  (NIV)

7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
    
fear the Lord and shun evil.

8 This will bring health to your body
    
and nourishment to your bones.

	Many of us have experienced Traumatic Events in our lives. Often these Traumatic things happen to us before we have a secure foundation of LOVE, before we Believe. Or these Traumas, or Crises, shake the foundation of love we do have. 

	These Traumas, Crises, or Experiences in our lives, cause us to search for our Security. Even when we have a sure foundation of Faith in God, these Traumas test that Foundation of Faith. Traumas, like Wars, or Violence on our streets, or in our homes, display Evil itself. Terror and affliction, bringing Death and Destruction, to a Nation such as Israel, and God’s beloved Jerusalem, causes us to run to God, and yet we live in Fear, and in Unbelief. We question God.

	Crisis and loss bring Chaos and Confusion, and with them their own measure of Suffering. This is why our Spiritual Enemy, the devil, tries so diligently, and so desperately to deceive us during these times. His plan is to bring us to a place of Destruction, Disillusion, Division, and despair in our lives, destroying our Faith, destroying our Relationships, destroying our Hope.

	We have been blinded to the Truth of our Spiritual Battles. So we have not seen, or understood, the Enemy has come in and has gained this foothold. We have seen our struggles, those issues we face or Battle, on a daily basis, as our own deficits. We have seen them as our own personal defects, or failures. Our struggles become The Brokenness. They are actually an Invisible Spiritual Battle.

	We have Believed the Brokenness. We have Believed these areas of struggle are just part of us, something we will never get beyond. Something holding us back in our past. And yet, GOD knows you can BE beyond Bitterness…Beyond Brokenness. There is a PATH of LIFE to have LIFE, and the Truth will set you FREE!

	We have seen our Emotional struggles as Personality Disorders. We have seen them as labels of a Diagnosis. With every Dis-ease or Dis-order, we have been told they are Negative Emotions, we must bear the Burdens of. We have been Blamed and Ashamed. We have Believed we would never be free of them, unless we take Medical Drugs to ease, and appease them. We have seen the Diagnoses of our Physical Disease the same way. 

	Our Spiritual Enemy has blinded our Minds, and our Hearts, from seeing the Truth about God in the midst of our own Traumatic circumstances. He has Deceived us about God, about ourselves, and about others. He has deceived us in our own Thinking, about our own Circumstances. He has deceived us about the Truth of God’s Word, about the Truth of God’s Character, and about the Truth of God’s Love for us. These Spiritual footholds can become Spiritual Strongholds in our lives, if they aren’t dealt with at a Spiritual level.

	These Traumatic Events in our lives, have shaped our lives. They have shaped our Character. We are who we are, because of them. We are Fighters because we have had to fight Cancer. We are Fighters because we have had to fight Abuse. We are Fighters because we have had to fight COVID-19. We are Fighters because we have had to fight Broken Femurs, Broken bones, and Broken bodies. We are Fighters because we Battle for LIFE every day. We are Survivors!

	We are Survivors, because we have Survived the Pandemic of Coronavirus! We are are ALL Survivors of something. We have had to Fight for LIFE, to go through Life threatening Battles, or Circumstances, just to save our lives to Survive.

	We are stronger because of our Suffering. We are braver because of our Battles. We are more Beautiful because of our Brokenness. We are refined by the Fire of our Trials. We are Sanctified through our own Suffering circumstances. We have Scars of Gold. Jesus learned Obedience by the things He suffered. 

Hebrews 5:8-9  (KJV)

8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

        Being made Perfect, He became the Author of Eternal Salvation unto all them that OBEY Him. Let us also learn Obedience through OUR suffering, as we ourselves, are being perfected. Let us learn, to diligently discern, to Choose LIFE over Death, and to move Beyond Bitterness!

LIFE & DEATH / BLESSING & CURSING / BEAUTY & BROKENNESS

Deuteronomy 30:19  (KJV) 

19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

        We have a choice, Today. We have a choice This Day. What we choose this Day, will have a Spiritual, and a Physical consequence, on our own Lives, and it will also have a consequence on our Seed as well. Our children will reap the consequences of our choices today. We will reap Life or Death, Beauty or Brokenness. They will reap Life or Death, Beauty or Brokenness.

REFUSING EVIL - CHOOSING LIFE! 

        All this Trauma and Crises, and now we are diagnosed with a Disease, Cancer, or an Autoimmune Disease, or Disorder. High levels of Stress, and Abuse can cause our bodies to go into meltdown. Often, we carry Grief and Unforgiveness in our hearts after a Crisis, or a Traumatic Event. After losing a Job. After losing a Loved One. After losing a spouse to Divorce or Death. 

	After an Accident causing Loss. After Abuse causing the Loss of yourself. The unresolved Spiritual Root issue of Bitterness, and the underlying Unforgiveness, need to be addressed first, in order for your Physical Healing to manifest. The Unforgiveness you are holding in your heart, may be Unforgiveness and Bitterness toward yourself, Unforgiveness and Bitterness toward someone else, someone who hurt you, or mistreated you, or it may be Unforgiveness and Bitterness toward God.

        The Spiritual Principality of Bitterness, has underlings beneath it that reinforce its’ Power and Control over us. They are spirits of Unforgiveness, Resentment, Retaliation, Anger and Wrath, Hatred, Violence, and Murder, (Slander is Murder with the tongue) in that order. Each Spirit reinforces the ones before it. If you are feeling any of these feelings, there is an issue of Unforgiveness in your Heart, and with it, a Root of Bitterness. We listen to the lie of Unforgiveness and we choose Death.

        What you think, what you say, is what you will have. It is a Spiritual Promise. Death and Life are in the power of the tongue.

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
*Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Luke 6:45  (KJV)

45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Proverbs 23:7  (KJV)

7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6  (KJV)

3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

To conquer our enemy WE REFUSE EVIL! WE CHOOSE LIFE!

10 R"S TO FREEDOM

1. Relationship
You must remember you are in relationship with your Father, God. 

James 4:7  (KJV)
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

God is the one doing the healing work, the deliverance. He is the one setting you free. It is all God’s work, in you, and through you, and for you. Your part is to be in right relationship with Him first, with yourself, and with others by choosing to walk in love, which is choosing to walk in forgiveness. Choosing Life is choosing LOVE.

2. Recognize 
You must recognize what it is. You must spiritually discern the sin you have been serving and if it is spiritually connected to the disease.

Hebrews 5:14  (KJV)
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Father God, I recognize that I have served the spirit of_________________.
 
Part of recognition is recognizing that the sin is not us, but is a spirit, therefore separate from us, but by agreeing with it in the past, i.e. Feeling bitterness, anger, self-pity, fear, rejection, resentment, etc. by serving the spirit/sin we were in sin.

3. Responsibility
You must take responsibility for what you recognize.

Psalm 51:3-4  (KJV)
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

Father, I take responsibility for serving that spirit of ________________.
I don’t blame anyone or anything else for my service to that spirit of i.e. Bitterness, self-pity, fear, guilt, etc.

4. Repent
You must repent to God for participating with what you recognize.

Acts 3:19  (KJV)
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

I repent to you Father. I ask your forgiveness for participating with this sin, in Jesus’ name.

5. Renounce
You must make what you recognize, your enemy and renounce it.

1 Corinthians 10:21-25  (KJV)
21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
22 Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
24 Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.
25 Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:

I renounce the spirit of___________________. I do not want to serve that spirit any longer and I am out of agreement with it. I ask that every curse that came on me as a result of my service to this sin be cancelled and broken in Jesus’ name. Amen.

6. Remove
You must get rid of it once and for all.

Ezekiel 18:31  (KJV)
31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

“Remove” is the deliverance of the spirit. You speak directly to the spirit out loud. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I speak to the spirit of____________________. I take authority over you, I bind you up, I break your power, I cancel your assignment, and I cast you out to the dry place, far away from me NOW, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

7. Replace
Replace the lie you have Believed with the truth of God’s Word. 

2 Timothy 2:15  (KJV)
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Whatever lie you have been listening to or whatever has come against you in your thinking, find a scripture that counters or combats that lie with the Truth, i.e. “I will live and not die and will declare the works of the Lord!”

8. Resist
When it tries to come back, you must Resist it.

Luke 11:24  (KJV)
24 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

Resist the devil when he comes back with 7 others worse than himself to tempt you back into Agreement with him. He will test you to see if you really mean it, to see if you really are out of Agreement, and have truly renounced the spirit of fear or self-pity, rejection, etc. Resist his lies to be afraid or feel self-pity, anger etc. Tell him NO, and use the word of God to fight him. Quote the Word out loud to him. Tell him,“God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind”…and any other scripture that speak against his lies. 

9. Rejoice
Give God thanks for setting you Free.

Psalm 30  (KJV)
30 I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
4 Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
6 And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
8 I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication.
9 What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper.
11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

Rejoice is thanking and praising the Lord for the His Love, Healing and Deliverance. 

10. Restore
Help someone else get Free.

Psalm 51:12-13  (KJV)
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

This is how God brings Healing and Restoration to the Body of Christ, One Believing Heart at a time, and then we share the Path of LIFE with others! Believe the Beautiful!

Ephesians 1:17-20  (KJV)
17 That the GOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, the Father of glory, MAY GIVE UNTO YOU the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your UNDERSTANDING BEING ENLIGHTENED; that ye may know what is the HOPE OF HIS CALLING, and what the riches of the glory of his INHERITANCE in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding GREATNESS OF HIS POWER to us-ward who BELIEVE, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he WROUGHT IN CHRIST, when he RAISED him from the DEAD, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
