This was what I had chosen. This Person. This Man. This man, who called himself a Believer, and wanted to be an Evangelist, yet took the LORDS’ Name in vain, every day. This man, who spoke to me with disdain, every day. This man, who called himself a Believer, yet was the ultimate Deceiver, who manipulated, abused, and controlled me? I couldn’t believe this was happening to me. What had I Believed? I had been Deceived. This was my Life. What was I to do?

In the middle of our Pain, a pain that happens over, and over again, we turn away from God. We stop Believing. And when we stop Believing, we Stop. We stop, whatever it was we had hope for. We stop Seeking. We stop Asking. We stop Trying. We stop Doing. We stop Praying. We stop Believing, even in ourselves. Especially, in ourselves. We stop Believing in a God, we cannot See, or Feel, or Hear, and we begin Believing the Brokenness we are experiencing, that is VERY real, that we can SEE, FEEL, and HEAR. We turn our heart in Unbelief. We turn our heart to Unbelief, becoming Unbelieving Believers. Where is God?

My Beautiful Believer, as a Broken body of Believers, we are all Bearing the burden of the Broken. We are Suffering the Sins of our Fathers. We are listening to the lies we are living in. We are Weary and Wounded Warriors. We are Spiritually Sick Soldiers. We are Physically Broken Believers. We are unable to bear the burden of the Broken in the Body of Christ around us, because we are The BROKEN.

When we are Living Broken, Brokenness is all we know. We live, breathe, and Believe the Brokenness. When we are trapped in that place of Trauma, we can see nothing beyond it. We can only see our circumstances from a Physical perspective, not from a Spiritual one. We battle in our Minds. We battle in our Bodies. But our real battle is a Spiritual Battle. We are Battling Brokenness.
